In this video, learn how to stop people from adding you to Telegram groups on mobile.
1. Open the Telegram app. and go to the “Settings” by tapping the hamburger menu at the left.
2. Then choose “Privacy and Security” from the options under settings.
3. On the privacy settings page, tap on “Groups & Channels.”
4. Now, under the “Who Can Add Me” section, change “Everybody” to “My Contacts”.
5. When you do this, it will make sure that random people that are not on your contact list will not be able to add you to Telegram groups.
6. Furthermore, you can also add some people as exceptions. For example, preventing some particular contacts from adding you to groups under the “Exceptions” section below.
