How to turn on Emoji Suffix with VoiceOver on iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch | Apple Support

If you use VoiceOver, you can make it easier to identify when an emoji description is being read to you. Turn on Emoji Suffix and when VoiceOver reads an emoji, it will add “emoji” to the end of the description.
