One of the biggest new features in iPadOS 15 is that you can now (finally!) place iPad Widgets anywhere on your Home Screens. No longer are you stuck with just widgets in your sidebar, you can now move them anywhere amongst your icons - just like on iPhone! Here's a quick tutorial showing you how it works.
