iOS 14 is able to notify you whenever Safari detects that a password that's saved in your iCloud KeyChain is compromised! This new feature is called Password Monitoring and is available on both iPhone and iPad.
To fix a compromised password on your iPhone tap on its notification or open the Settings app and tap on Passwords. Next, open the Security Recommendations and check the items listed in the High Priority list and change the Passwords recommended by Safari.
Also check the Other Recommendations section and modify weak Passwords that use common words, or that repeat themselves for multiple accounts.
Use the Change Password on Website to login to your account and modify the secret strings.
